From the book "The Fragmented Paparul"
There has been a tear in the fabric of the universe from where a festidious air started to come through, as thick and massive as black puddin fill.
I remember the clouds over my head and the rushed walk through the tunnel, a tic toc pacing ever faster and the shallow breathing, the toc always coming sooner and sooner.
What does a kid who find a box of matches with rock salt in it? the question is not what matters, but the answer is key because it will transform the kid into a monster.

On October 17 Jack found a symbol in a book cover that he dreamed before . The book was sitting near a few vinnyl albums from the 70s and the shop keeper was keeping an eye on the kid while mantaining an informal conversation about Boca Juniors and River Plate sunday match with a friend.
The neon sign from "el Puente" was off during day time and night time too. The bus going to Plaza Miserere was just turning in the far which was a sign for Jack to stop browing for more books and start running to the bus stop.
A big jump across the water transform him into a paying passanger.
-A ticket to Once, Please- the bus driver was steering the wheel with one hand, he was using the strenght of his whole arm over the huge wheel to manuvre the bus around the corner while dispensing the ticket and starting a conversation, Jack was grabbing the chrome pole tightly. His nuckles were turning white and avoiding slipping on the wet floor answered -Yes, they really did a number on the goaly las Sunday- he walked all the way to the back of the empty bus, quickly, unsteady, strategically positioning himself between the driver's mirrors and the line of poles. The book is now only a good excuse to keep his focus away from the driver.
