Peak Performance
Wow! wow again I deserve this self praise after runing for 31 minutes...yes that minute counts too.
For the last four years I have been trying to get back into shape in general become as healthy as I possible can.
After years of back problems and weight excess (aka "the fat complacent middle age man") I took a turn for the better and put myself in a diet and a progressive excercise routine.
4 years later and 69 kilos lighter I managed to run 31 minutes, for the first time in 30 years (wow again 30 years?) I believe that I am fitter than when I was 15 years of age and I couldn't pass the high school phys ed final test of 12 minutes of jogging non-stop.
I know this is lame for all of you super fit freaks that run marathons every weekend, but for me....it is amazing.
So...congrats Ric! you just need lycra and an I-pod in attach to an arm band :)
