Back on the bike

After 10 days I am back on the bike, it was very cold and it took a lot of self willing. My knee showed signs of its affliction coming back, very mild but a good indicator that my self healing powers might not work this time. I will research glucosamine and others. Also I have this peculiar pain under my ribs, I think my liver is there, it is like a very mild stich that come and goes, of course I think I am dying and these entries, being my only legacy, I feel very poor indeed.
Sunday will be cleaning day for me then some shoping and hopefully some family action in Camberwell with coffee, music and book browsing.
