Holidays are for sad people

Back home after 20 days away, 1000kms away.
I am so happy that I live where I live. It makes going on holidays really hard thou.
Finding that country living is not how I want to spend the rest of my life was an interesting discovery after 20 days spent in a sleepy town near Sydney.
There are country towns towns and country towns I guess, the one I visited served me as a warning about fantasies of rural living. These people were BORING, slow, angry, sad and resentful.
